Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in/out patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
• Assist with rescheduling patients as needed due to schedule changes
• Cross-train with surgery scheduling and switchboard operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous front office or medical office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
